The now-shuttered Brockton General on Dundas West was known for its commitment to the local food movement. So it was natural for our host to ask Chef Marty for his ideas on how to put the amazingly underrated parsnip to good use.
He obliged. The results? Nothing short (although sometimes a little stumpy) of delicious:
