New for the fall is Faded Lifestyle Corp. (fadedlifestyle.com), a local brand of refined casual pieces. Its signature item is The Jacket ($1,495), a down topper in black wool and leather that’s about as discreetly deluxe as you can get. It arrives the first week of September.
