“These shirts are clean. They just look dirty,” says the Hardworkin’ Homosexuals’ Keith Cole about the Cheap Queers Ts for sale tonight and tomorrow (Thursday and Friday, June 25 and 26) in the Buddies in Bad Times Theatre lobby (12 Alexander, 416-975-8555) during the group’s last two Pride performances. Friends and fans donated old shirts that were repurposed with a freshly screened logo by Punchclock Printing. For the first time, kids’ shirts are available, which Cole says are “perfect for queer parents with toddlers.” $7.99, plus the $6.48 price of a Cheap Queers ticket.
