Chosen Vintage cleans out their closet before move to Dundas

If you’re a fan of lug-soled boots, spaghetti-strap dresses, and all things black and leathery, you’re probably very familiar with Chosen Vintage. Melissa Ball’s shop, which grew from a tiny booth at Silver Falls Vintage (RIP) to a full-fledged storefront on Queen West, is one of those rare vintage stores that has a distinct aesthetic all its own: A tough ’90s-babe look that’s half Clueless, half The Craft.

Wanna score that look on a dime this weekend? The store is set to move from its Queen West digs to Dundas and Brock – specifically, 1599 Dundas West, the former home of DuWest Vintage – and they’ll be clearing house in a big way with a moving sale. You’ll be able to fill a provided shopping bag with threads for $20 (anything on the sales floor is fair game, staff say). Oh, and they’re making hot chocolate, too, in case you weren’t already sold.

The sale runs all weekend (Saturday 12-7 and Sunday 12-6). After that, the store will be closed until resurfacing on Dundas in March.
