Make like an Olympic luger

Riverdale Park gets all the props when it comes to extreme tobogganing. But further north, the slopes of Earl Bales Park rate as the wildest for miles around. We’ll forget for the moment that this Mount Everest of a run is actually a ski hill. And that technically it’s illegal to go down this icy behemoth on anything but skis. There’s usually no one watching once the ski centre closes (at 9:30 pm weekdays, 8 pm Saturdays, 6 pm Sundays). And the floods stay on, so there’s no danger of trees popping up out of nowhere.
