Alcoholic

Bengal Lancers Punch

Stir in a punch bowl until sugar dissolves:

125 ml each: pineapple juice and fresh-squeezed orange and lime juice

4½ tbsp sugar

Pour in:

6 oz each rum and orange liqueur

2 bottles dry red wine

Place block of ice in bowl and add:

1 bottle dry sparkling wine

600 ml soda water

Non-alcoholic

Heavenly Punch

Stir in a punch bowl until sugar dissolves:

2 litres mild tea

1 cup sugar

Place block of ice in bowl and add:

2 cans chilled pineapple juice

juice of four lemons

2 cups raspberry syrup

Juice of three large oranges
