Who: Keir Brownstone, composer, general manager of Green$avers and co-chair for this weekend’s Jambalaya fundraiser for Windfall Clothing Service, Canada’s only new clothing bank. Serving 70 shelters, job placement programs and community agencies, Windfall helps more than 50,000 of Toronto’s neediest every year. (The silent auction funder takes place Saturday, March 1, 8 pm, at the Roundhouse, 25 Bremner, 416-362-2337.)

Clothing: “Most of the clothing that will be auctioned, including what I’m wearing, was donated to Windfall by manufacturers and retailers to help the charity raise money through its annual fundraiser. This yellow Magma jacket is from Mountain Equipment Co-op (400 King West, 416-340-2667) and sells for $190. The Haggar Golf Tour knit shirt donated by Grand National Apparel Jeans is available exclusively at the Bay (176 Yonge, 416-861-9111, and others) for $39.99. These blue-tinted glasses were donated by BMW and retail for $121.55. The blue watch was donated by Nike and goes for $109.99. The Blundstone Boots are my own. I paid $150 for them at Australian Boot Company (791 Queen West, 416-504-2411, and others). I’m wearing Levis jeans. They’ve always been a generous contributor to Windfall.”
