Winter is for hibernation, and you can do some, too. First, move around a little. Squirming to avoid exercise does not count as exercise. Activity helps you get the deep rest, but make sure you cut it off two hours prior to lights-out. The same goes for food and your electrofun like TV, laptops, iPhones, Rock Band and Rock Band on drugs.
