My mum knit me mitts for Christmas last year and 'those glasses' are Alain Mikli from First Canadian Optical ($575, 100 King West, 416-363-4669). Expensive and worth it! My Confetti shirt ($125), plaid scarf ($110) and 'Beige' tie ($50) are from our winter 2005 collection, available at www.akaclothing.ca or Model Citizen (913 Dundas West, 416-553-6632). The plaid jacket is from Foxy Boutique ($35, 251 Gerrard East, 416-925-3252). My plaid vest was from Buy the Pound (Goodwill, $1.50, 299 Coxwell, 416-465-8569) and my pocket poof was made by the Donut Ho's ( www.donuthos.com). My watch was a gift from my friend Jean-Pierre when I visited him in Tokyo. My jeans are from Value Village in Hamilton. The Eric belt was $3 at the Salvation Army in Barrie. My Y-3 Adidas shoes were a gift from my boy Graeme - he designs them in Germany. I made my Cow bag. My one-speed bicycle was bought at the Moss Park Saturday Market (Berkeley and Queen) with provenance (i.e., not stolen). My friend Derrick talked the vendor down to 80 bucks. Thanks to Peter T for the lock."
