Rating: NNNNN

WHO: William Kowalczyk, full-time server/guest relations person at Gio Rana’s Really, Really Nice Restaurant

WHERE: Across the street from Gio Rana’s (1220 Queen East)WHEN: Thursday, 8 pm

CLOTHING: “I got my shoes for about $35 at Payless Shoe Source (673 Yonge, 416-920-8377, and others). I paid about $49 for these faded pleather ‘hot pants’ at Black Market (256 A Queen West, 416-599-5858, and others). This diamond print shirt was $70 from Acme (now closed) in Kensington Market. My bracelet was a gift from my friends, restaurant regulars Fraser and Janet, who brought it back from Thailand. I scored this beaded choker for $7 from a street vendor on Pride Day. I found my wrap-around sunglasses at Urban Outfitters on a trip to Montreal. I paid about $12 for these hoop earrings at Courage My Love (14 Kensington, 416-979-1992). I get tattoed and pierced at New Tribe (232 Queen West, 416-977-2786) by Stuart and Joanne respectively. The leather jock I’m wearing keeps me where I need to be, what with rowdy girls’ nights out at the restaurant. It was $90 at Northbound Leather (586 Yonge, 416-972-1037).”

HAIR: “I do it myself.”

MY STYLE: “I’ve got a lot of funky stuff, but it depends on my mood – sometimes it’s 70s funk, other times it’s a bit more hardcore, with a leathery feel.”

INTO: “Trying anything once.”
