WHAT : The World Rope Skipping Championships, in which over 450 athletes from 13 countries compete for the title of world’s best.

WHAT’S THE APPEAL? “It’s got everything: speed, creativity, free-style. You have to be able to skip and turn rope. The World cup has 13 teams competing in a choreographed show. It’s both a team sport and fiercely competitive. ”

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT T.O.? “Queen West – it’s all about the shopping.”

FAVOURITE MOVIE? “Dazed And Confused – it reminds me of my high school.”
