Rating: NNNNN

WHO: Rhonda Riche, writer/comedian/artist

WHERE: Charles G. Fraser Public School, Manning near Queen

WHEN: Thursday, 2 pm

CLOTHING: “I got my blue blazer for $5 at Circa Forty (456 Queen West, 416-504-0880). I looked for the union label and it was there. My purple striped cotton top was $8 in Little India. I bought my jeans for $16 at Old Navy (Eaton Centre, 416-593-2551, and others). My silver and pearl ring and silver filigree bracelet were thrift shop and garage sale finds that I recently had fixed at Organic Metal Gallery (619 College, 416-533-8127). My good friend Mollie Brandeis-Morrison made my red and black wristband. My peridot and diamond ring is a reminder of the undying love of my lovely and charming boyfriend, film editor Andrew Kines. My crystal earrings and lucky horseshoe brooch came from Value Village (924 Queen East, 416-778-4818, and others), as did my real pearl necklace, which cost about $1.99. Someone was snoozing when they dropped off Granny’s jewels at the donation centre. My pink belt comes from Urban Outfitters (235 Yonge, 416-214-1466). I got my navy blue leather vintage handbag from the Goodwill Buy the Pound store (234 Adelaide East, 416-362-4711). My jangly ankle bracelet was a present from awesome filmmaker Cassandra Nicolaou, and I made my seagull anklet out of broken jewellery. Like Daniel Day-Lewis, I made my moccasins all by myself.”

HAIR: “Just got it cut and coloured this morning by Sabatino at Hair by Strands (422 College, 416-968-3407).”

MY STYLE: “Schoolmarm of rock.”

INTO: “I’ll be working my look at the concession booth on Friday (August 20) during the Toronto International Improv Festival at Bad Dog Theatre (138 Danforth, 416-238-7337 ). On Sunday (August 22), I’ll be introducing a new character, the Fabulist, at Brandon Enriquez’s Riffin’ At The Griffin (8 pm, the Yellow Griffin, 2202 Bloor West, 416-763-3365 ). After that, Carolyn Black and I are appearing as psychic twins Coco and Cabana at Riffin’ At The Griffin on September 6 and at the Out Of Work Actor’s Studio on September 24 (at the Bad Dog).”
