WHEN: Saturday, 10:30 am
WHERE: Monarch Park
CLOTHING: “I got my spacey boots in Paris, France, and paid about $100 for them. My pants came from one of the outlet stores on Orfus Road – I think it was Sirens (71 Orfus, at Hwy 401 and Dufferin, 416-789-3775). They were a steal at $9.99. My mom gave me this leather belt as a gift about seven years ago. The T-shirt I’ve got on was promotional swag from digital post-production house AXYZ (425 Adelaide West, 416-504-0425). I bought this cool zip-up vest at Body Blue (201 Danforth, 416-778-7601) about five years ago. It cost me $19.99. This short jacket with the furry cuffs came from Winners (57 Spadina, 416-585-2052, and others) in December. I paid $99 for it. The necklace came from a lovely but rarely seen friend who put it though my mail slot one summer day. I wear my grandma’s wedding band on one finger and a wheel bearing from my son’s skateboard on another. I also have one tattoo. It’s a maze on the back of my neck that a friend of a friend did in 1988 in Amsterdam. It’s a fertility symbol. Go figure….”
HAIR: “Chris at Studio CPB (1382 Danforth, 416-463-6085) snips my hair.”
MY STYLE: “Cheap or swapped is best. Whatever I feel good in goes. Feeling-good requirements change daily.”
INTO: “Sleeping in, watching flicks, laughing teens and lots of wine.”
