WHO: Shira Leuchter, actor, artist, administrator for Ashkenaz: A Festival of New Yiddish Culture (www. ashkenazfestival.com).
WHERE: 3 pm, corner of Spadina and College
Clothing: "I bought my T-shirt at a Club Monaco in Winnipeg for around $20 last year. The skirt is a Michael Kors that I bought for around $40 at a Saks Fifth Avenue reject store. My mom gave me these fishnets. I fell in love with my Dorotea shoes in Spain, pined over them for months and finally tracked them down at Scarpe Diem in New York for about $92. The pearl earrings were a gift from my boyfriend, professor Ryan Roberge. I bought my pin from Gallery Six One One (611 Queen West, 416-364-5189) for about $100 I think. My mom bought me this brooch in Las Vegas. The silver and turquoise bracelet was my mom's. I think she got it in the 70s on her honeymoon in Mexico City. I guess by now I can almost fully attribute this outfit to my mother. She's pretty stylish. My purse came from the Hadassah sale (this year on October 27, at the National Trade Centre, Exhibition Place). My friends Sarah and Jessica helped me bargain for it, so I got it for next to nothing. My moisturizer is Kiehl's Ultra facial moisturizer ( Kiehl's , 407 Queen West, 416-977-3588), and the soap I use is Bella Pella's Patchouli and Orange Exfoliating Nut Bar, which I became addicted to while living in Montreal ($5.95 at www.bellapella.com)."
Hair: "I don't get my hair cut as often as I should. But I like Yanna at Aeyenba Hair Salon and Spa (477 Richmond West, 416-703-5494)."
My Style: "Estate sale pseudo-chic."
Upcoming: "I'll be playing in The Diary Of Anne Frank at the Bathurst Street Theatre (736 Bathurst, 416-531-6100), October 1 to November 7, www.diaryofannefrank.ca."
