Regular craft shows a little too baskey-weavy for you? A little too much your grandma? Well, then, the funky, sexy DUDE show is for you. The Downtown Urban Design Event is once again bringing cool creations from local designers straight to your saucy little door. Featuring everything from tongue-in-cheek jewels and accessories by Barbie's Basement Jewellery and home decor super-starlet Yasmine Louis's retro pillows and cocktail napkins to great purses from Hairy Carry, this will be the shopping show to be at. Better yet, it's free! DUDE kicks off with a DJ-hosted party Friday (June 14), 6 pm to midnight, and continues Saturday 11 am to 6 pm at Latvian House (491 College).
