A weekend admission pass sets you back $20, and a portion of the show’s proceeds benefits breast cancer research. During Ladyfest , a weekend-long feminist/indie arts festival starting Friday (October 1) – check www.ladyfest. ca for mo’ info – be sure to grab your change purse and support your local entrepreneurs at the Ladyfest Market at Spin Gallery (1100 Queen West) Sunday (October 3) from noon to 5 pm. Expect to snap up locally made accessories, DIY divawear, arts and crafts, jewellery, zines and beauty gear. Admission is pay what you can.
