Karen Dagg , Stacey Paterson , Monique Chan and over 30 of their indie designer friends will be hanging out at The Great Hall (1087 Queen West), Friday (June 16) between noon and 10 pm, for the first Kit 'N' Kaboodle show and sale. Their fashion and accessory posse includes Oligarchy ,

Fair trade furniture retailer Blue Moon is holding a benefit sale until Sunday (June 18) at its warehouse at 388 Carlaw (416-720-2223, www.bluemoon. org). The clearance of spring and summer pieces and home accessories raises funds for artisans who lost homes and workshops in the May 27 earthquake on the island of Java. All merchandise - including patio sets, bowls, vases and cushions - is marked down by 50 to 70 per cent. Half of all sales will be donated toward the rebuilding process.
