CLOTHING: "Mobility and comfort are musts. You never know when you might need to scale a building. This stretchy blue mesh-lace shirt is from a second-hand store in San Francisco called Buffalo Exchange and cost about $10.50. My sky blue camisole is by Hard Tail Forever (www.hardtailforever.com) and I found it at a shop called Sacred Movement in Santa Monica for about $33. The super-comfy Abercrombie and Fitch (www.abercrombie.com) pants were on sale for $66. in Santa Monica. The red fuzzy belt is from Quebec City and cost $10. My shoes - by far my best summer find - are by Keens, from Europe Bound (383 King West, 416-205-9992), and cost $100. My various piercings and custom jewellery were done at Body Manipulations in San Fran. The not-so-white-any-more wrist string is from a puja ceremony marking the end of my Downward Dog Yoga teacher training. The bright red string is a blessing cord from the Kalachakra initiation with the Dalai Lama this past spring here in Toronto."
HAIR: "Christine at Hair for the Better (1484 Queen West, 416-533-2744). She's the best - tasteful and fast!"
MY STYLE: "Urban, sporty comfort with a splash of funk."
INTO: "Movement of all sorts, teaching yoga, all things heartful, being up in the air. I'm performing at fFIDA's Grande Scale Event, August 19 to 21, at 8 pm at the Distillery District (416-504-7529, www.ffida.org)."
