I must admit, I’m a seasonal drinker. To clarify, I drink year round but pounce on anything cool and crisp as the humidex rockets. Big spicy wines and whiskies just aren’t on my to-drink list when it feels like my head might explode. Subtly fruity and fizzy Lambrusco, however, can fill my cup any day of the year. Ruby-hued and delicate, with intense acidity, it makes an awesome dinner companion.
