tanguy is the perfect son. he’s polite, highly intelligent, working on his doctorate, consulting to government ministries and loves his parents. And he’s 28 and won’t leave home, and it’s driving them crazy. Until the film goes off the rails in the last 20 minutes or so and simply becomes silly, this is a brilliant comedy, relying on Azéma and Dussollier as the parents for slowly mounting alarm and out-of-proportion reactions.
