Anthrax We’ve Come For You All (Sanctuary) Rating: NNN

Rating: NNN

Still very much Anthrax (even though they did allegedly consider changing their name during the bioterror scares), We’ve Come For You All begins with an onslaught of driving, familiar thrash metal before moving gradually into different territory, exploring roots and 70s rock. Roger Daltrey lends a hand with vocals on Taking The Music Back, and drummer Charlie Benante is pretty awesome kickin’ it with some great rhythms and fills. It’s difficult to say where Anthrax fit in these days, but when you listen to We’ve Come For You All, their influence is obvious.
