Seems like the pseudonym-varying Snoop shits out an album like this – an uneven “Snoop presents…” disc full of throwaway collaborations and cashed-in favours – every six months or so. Hear Snoop bite his own Drop It Like It’s Hot on Shake That Shit while his anonymous pals rock discount West Coast beats. Like Snoop rescuing the motherland, one out-of-place, wisecracking street gem nearly saves the whole record: Notorious DPG featuring Lady of Rage, RBX and Kurupt.
