On their third LP, Black Moon still haven’t equalled the huge impact of their classic debut, Enta Da Stage, but they have improved on the underwhelming atmosphere that made their follow-up, War Zone, a disappointment. The Beatminerz bring some tip-top beats, and Buckshot still has a strong flow. That, coupled with appearances by Tek and Steele of Cocoa Brovaz and Sean Price, makes up for a certain repetitiveness of tone and lacklustre verses by 5 Ft. Accelerator. Far better than the unfunkiness of silence.
