The fact that the whiny-voiced Capone spells his name with a picture of a gun instead of the letter P should tip the heads off immediately to what Noreaga’s former rap partner is all about. Guns. Though, to his credit, he does break formula occasionally to talk about how gangsta he is or how he’s running shit and selling keys – oh, and by the way, fuck the law. A lot of the beats on this thing sound ultra-tinny, like Capone’s rhyming over the sound of someone shaking a bag full of empty cans. Sole name-brand producer Just Blaze comes up with some of the worst production I’ve heard from him. A one-note synth mess featuring Nore sounds like it was done in the same time it takes to make a bag of microwave popcorn.
