Often, the quality of an MC is inversely proportional to the number of guest rappers on the album, but Click: Tha Supah-Latin proves the exception to the rule by inviting half of Cali to join him in his studio and turning Square Won into the hiphop party platter of the summer. As writer, producer and mixer, Click’s studio abilities are equal to his house-rocking skills, and he gets additional microphone support from his Los Angeles underground cohorts, including members of Jurassic 5 and Medusa, who help keep the old-school vibe alive. A freakishly fun and funky great time.
