The line dividing seriousness and satire is a fine one, but oddly maquillaged, goth-damaged Toronto howler Corpusse walks it gingerly. On the wildly irreverent Surrender To The Passion, he laces his mutant, horrorcore bedsit keyboard bombs with equal parts irony and absolute sincerity. You just haven't lived until you've heard Corpusse, foaming like a mad scientist, commanding no one in particular to throw their panties against the wall. Deeply, deeply twisted. Corpusse unveils his unholy offering Friday (June 30) at Kathedral.
