The two veterans of synth pop have teamed up to make art music but wind up producing derivative New Age. Structured around five colours, they opt for the most obvious signifiers -- harps for heaven, a heartbeat for the womb and birds for the forest. They add some synth washes and 3-D spatialization to fill it out, but not so it becomes anything new or interesting. Stealing the space shuttle countdown sample from the Orb only serves to highlight how far from innovative this is. It might be useful for stressed-out executives, but yoga would probably be more efficient.
