According to the Lil’ Kim rule of hiphop, the amount of skin an artist bares on the disc sleeve is inversely proportional to the production quality of the music, and that appears to hold true for the new La Bella Mafia album. Unfortunately, Lil’ Kim still hasn’t developed the rhyme skills required to overcome the weak beats. Swizz Beatz and Timbaland toss in one throwaway joint apiece, but that isn’t enough to enliven her dire attempts at the same old boring sex rhymes.
