American techno threat Geoff White’s debut full-length delivers on the promise of his singles with an inventive glitch house album. Delicate little melodies wrap themselves around swinging clicks and throbs over a bed of atmospheric soundscapes. While there are some obvious references to Herbert, this is far from derivative. What stands out is the looseness and organic quality of the compositions. Questions And Comments might be minimalist machine music, but the human hand behind it isn’t hidden.
