On Groove Armada's sixth album, the UK dance duo - whose Goodbye Country (Hello Nightclub) album you might have bought back in 2001 when you were digging St. Germain and Chill Lounge Mix 846 - embrace the darker side of the 80s.
A dozen years along, Tom Findlay and Andy Cato say hello to Soft Cell and Human League and wave goodbye to the acid jazz and disco house you've come to expect from them. They also recruit Roxy Music's Bryan Ferry for the strong, low-tempo, echoey Shameless.
Much of the other vocal work is done by SaintSaviour, aka Becky Jones, an unsigned upstart who helped write album highlight Paper Romance. That pulsating, danceable track makes up for the tedious rock-bottom rock-out Look Me In The Eye Sister.
