From Juelz Santana, a crappy gift. The earnestly named From Me To U is another Roc-A-Fella solo CD, this time from Santana, a member of Cam’ron’s Diplomats. he possesses some skills, like most of the B-team Roc MCs, but is almost personality-free. A cool thing is his occasional expression of empathy for jailed Puffy protege Shyne, who was indicted for sounding too much like Biggie. As always with Roc, the record has some fine production, with weird choral samples as well as the ubiquitous sped-up soul breaks popping up often, but the fellatio skit where the woman vomits is a bit much.
