Ever since Celine Dion producer David Foster unleashed the self-titled debut from clean-piped Vancouver crooner Michael Bublé to the tune of multi-platinum sales, adult-contemporary listeners from here to Taiwan have been itching for the follow-up. It’s Time is here. Whichever studio this was recorded at has shined up a CD so clean you could eat off it – and maybe that’s just what you’ll wanna do if swingin’ Sinatra, velvety Beatles-lite covers (Can’t Buy Me Love) and breezy salsa numbers aren’t your Venti cup of tea. They’re not mine, but I’ve gotta give Bublé’s latest exercise in easy listening due props for unravelling my sore brain after a couple of days spent listening to that Fiery Furnaces EP.
