This is basically a best-of, though Al Jourgensen has remixed several of the old works to give them a more contemporary relevance... or something. It's fairly familiar from start to finish, including No W (Redux), for which Jourgensen utilized the services of an opera singer he found wandering around the recording studio. He also includes remixes of Wrong, N.W.O., Stigmata and Jesus Built My Hotrod. A new track called The Great Satan is obviously directed at you-know-who. Basically, a lot of this album is about how Jourgensen thinks George W. Bush is Satan. It's mostly character assassination expressed though beats and loops, with plenty of tweaked samples.
