When R. Kelly begins releasing best-of collections in volumes, the end of the world can’t be far off. This alleged statutory rapist’s overview covers everything from the horny club anthems (Thoia Thoing, Fiesta) to the horny slow jams (Bump N’ Grind Sex Me, Part 1) and the horny duet with Celine Dion (I’m Your Angel), all of which are basically intolerable due to an overabundance of chutzpah. However, you also get the Ignition remix, which could be the greatest song of the 21st century thus far. The blustery liner notes paint Kelly as a modern-day mix of Iceberg Slim, Ray Charles and the Marquis de Sade. Maybe, but I’d wager that Kelly is hornier than all three combined.
