The reappearance of the Caesars’ insanely catchy iPod Shuffle commercial jingle Jerk It Out – originally released some five years back and previously issued on 2003’s 39 Minutes Of Bliss “best-of” set – on the new Paper Tigers disc seems to be an admission that they are indeed the one-hit wonder many suspect them to be. Really, they haven’t got much to offer as a follow-up to that killer tune on Paper Tigers, let alone something to top it. Just the lone hooky hit and some innocuous pop filler.
