Tiefschwarz have been doing well lately, churning out a ton of well-received electro-house-acid-disco-techno club tunes and have emerged as leaders in the ongoing trend of 80s revisionism. The first disc of this two-CD comp is a DJ set, while the second features an unmixed compilation of their remixes of other artists. If you’re just discovering them, this might not be the best place to start, as it contains few of their own tracks, but it’s still a great listen, and helps place them within a greater context.
