Rap label Insomniac have parlayed previous collaborations with MF Doom into this release, a collection of strong verses over well-picked futuristic production. Vik doesn’t play around, dropping nothing but good lines, and it’s hard to argue with a record that features not one but two vocal tradeoffs with Kool Keith. He doesn’t drastically change his sound, but it’s another unique release from a prolific veteran.
