VIBE Somewhere between a sushi bar and a DJ lounge, right in the middle of the club district. There are little touch screens above each table that you can use to message other tables, order food and drinks or look at a photo gallery. The look is modern and tech-driven, the music mostly variations on house and techno.
VALUE It’s a fancy sushi bar, so it’s not really a bargain hunter’s paradise. Drinks are pricey, and so’s the food.
BATHROOMS Like the rest of the bar, the bathrooms look great and are all individual unisex rooms. Unfortunately, the automatic flush mechanism broke down the day of our inspection, so Banzai lost some points there.
LINEUP Can’t see anyone having to wait in line here unless things change dramatically. If you’re worried, you can always make a reservation.
