VIBE A new late-night club in the space that used to be Club Tropicana (as well as a handful of other short-lived clubs). The crowd is a mix of gay and straight, and the soundtrack tends to be trance, progressive and tribal. Only open Thursdays and Fridays at the moment. There are little snacks all over the place (which is pretty cool in my books).
VALUE Cover charge is cheap if you get there early, but goes up to $15 and higher as the night goes on. Drinks are moderately expensive or cheap, but most of the crowd shows up after last call anyway.
BATHROOMS The washrooms are clean and decent-sized but a little institutional and bright.
LINEUP Not too bad yet, but expect one if there’s a big-name headliner.
