WHERE Catch him every Tuesday at Andy Poolhall (489 College) at his long-running Footwork party (eight years and still going strong) and every Saturday at Supermarket (268 Augusta). This Friday (July 6) he spins at the Drake Underground (1150 Queen West) as part of Never Forgive Action and is also there on Friday, July 13, as part of the Edumacation party, which doubles as his birthday bash.
WHAT “Good music from any genre, with a focus on hiphop history outside the hiphop genre. Basically, anything I like from the 60s until the present in hiphop, funk, soul, jazz, R&B, house, old school, retro and reggae.”
BEAT PRODUCTION “I produced three songs on Abdominal’s album Escape From The Pigeon Hole, and I’m his tour DJ, recently returned from a UK tour. Working on a full LP with Toronto MC Theology 3 . I’m sitting on a couple of EPs of my solo stuff that I’ll release when the time is right.”
