Do yourself a favour, get a wristband

With so much to catch at NXNE – over 1,000 musical acts, plus films, comedy shows, art exhibitions and interactive sessions – a pass is always a good idea. For $275 ($150 for students), a priority pass gets you front-of-the-line access to all music, comedy and art shows, admission to all film screenings and access to interactive panels after 1 pm.

A festival wristband ($60) guarantees you no cover at every music, comedy and art show, as well as all film screenings. As many acts as you can jam in for about half of what you’d pay for, I dunno, say, a Beyoncé ticket? It’s a good thing.

Single-day wristbands for festival-goers with less time to spare are available for $30 and come with all the perks of regular ones, for the day of your choice.

Film junkies can grab a $25 screening pass that gets you into all movies without charge.

Important: no matter your pass, access is subject to venue capacity. So get there early, especially for hotly anticipated shows. For even more deals plus Toronto Urban Roots Fest bundles, visit nxne.com/tickets. Order online or pick up your passes at three locations:

NOW’s front counter (189 Church), on sale now Hyatt Regency Toronto (370 King West), on sale now Yonge-Dundas Square NXNE booth, on sale today (Thursday, June 13).
