Toronto alt-country trio Elliott Brood are taking over the Dakota Tavern for three nights later this month to record a live album.
The band has been on tour for the better part of the past two years in support of 2014’s Work And Love, which scored a Juno nomination last year.
The shows at the Dakota on June 21, 22 and 23 are also a chance to see one of the city’s best live acts in a more intimate than usual venue. (Their last local gig was at the Phoenix.)
