VIBE A swank-looking basement lounge with DJs Thursday and Friday playing mellow house or top 40, depending on the day. There’s ample seating and plenty of dark corners to hide in, but you’re better off making reservations if you want to a booth.
PAST LIFE This was C’est What’s live music room, but it’s hardly recognizable from those days — it’s been gutted and completely remodelled.
VALUE Drinks aren’t exactly bargain basement ($7 will get you an imported beer), but there’s never a cover.
DANCING OR LOUNGING There’s not really any space to dance, and the atmosphere isn’t conducive to ass-shaking. Much more suited to lounging around, drinking and talking.
