EXVEE

Artscape Gibraltar Point on the Toronto Islands is celebrating 15 years of giving artists an idyllic escape from the headaches of urban existence by throwing a super-fun-looking fundraising party that boasts a delectable lineup of indie bands.

Music series Wavelength, music collective 88 Days of Fortune and label Healing Power curated the programming, which includes rapper L.atasha A.lcindor, synth-popper Digits, ethereal R&B duo BizZarh and no-wavers New Fries, among many others.

There’s also an exhibition featuring more than 50 visual artists, as well as projections, installations and performances by Johannes Zits, Jesi the Elder, Still Boys and Shadowland Theatre.

Tickets aren’t available at the door, so make sure you buy ’em before setting sail.
