The awards show was held at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre, with performances by Sarah Mclaughlin, Sarah Slean, Arcade Fire and more. Neil Young arrived to pick up the Allan Waters Humanitarian Award for his philanthrophy, in part for his work with the Bridge School Benefit, and gave an emotional speech in support of charity.
Drake kept things light in his first-ever hosting appearance.
