Despite periodic breakup rumours and singer Kele Okereke's solo career, UK post-punks Bloc Party just released Four, their most overtly rock-sounding album yet. And while they'd previously said they wouldn't be touring, it seems that was a false alarm as well. Considering they're doing two nights in Toronto, signs are pretty positive for the group feeling rejuvenated and excited to be back onstage.
