Don't let the fact that he's toured with Mumford & Sons scare you away from checking out Willy Mason. (He's also opened up for Radiohead, if you need more indie cred.) The Martha's Vineyard-raised folksinger's new album, Carry On, is infused with some surprisingly modern touches, courtesy of producer Dan Carey, that provide excellent colour for his rich voice and evocative songwriting. You probably won't get many more chances to catch him in a venue this intimate.
