This week’s must-see Toronto shows

Passion Pit

The Massachusetts indie band’s frontman, Michael Angelakos, turned his personal battle with bipolar disorder into material for 2012’s Gossamer, one of the year’s most engrossing keyboard pop albums. On the opposite end of the spectrum, openers Matt & Kim channel pure childlike joy into euphoric, cathartic live shows.
