Local electro purveyors YYZ Records expand this year with two showcases at NXNE. On June 17, they join forces with Upper Class Records upstairs at the El Mocambo, where new YYZ signees Times Neue Roman (10 pm), whose EP Talk Sporty drops July 6, play alongside the Russian Futurists (midnight) and DVAS (1 am). On June 19, YYZ and Do Right! Music take over new hot spot the Piston, where Jeremy Glenn (11 pm) will mingle with Maylee Todd (midnight) and vitaminsforyou (1 am).
