Parking high jinks
The Star's exposé on parking enforcement officer Zulfiqar Khimani reveals he's making a killing for city coffers and himself, earning more than $100K last year. According to an FOI, Khimani handed out 92,265 tickets between January 2008 and August 2012, or 59 tickets a day. That works out to about seven an hour. Easy money.
